WYD Regional Celebration Winter's behind us and summer's ahead. You know what that means right? That means that we're getting closer and closer to the event of the summer: WYD 2008! By now, most of you know whether you're heading 'down under' or staying right here. If you're not going to Sydney, then you know where you have to be - Martyr's Shrine. You'll be hearing a lot from us about this event in the coming weeks and that's because...well, we want you there. We want you there so bad that we're even extending our early-bird registration deadline to May 15. Register by this date and take advantage of special reduced pricing, which includes $150 per individual or $135 per person if part of a group of 10+ registrants. That's not all! Register before May 15 and be entered to win one of many fantastic prizes including a digital camera, an iPod nano, or even movie passes or a gift card for Toronto Blue Jays tickets that can be used for your group's next gathering. We have a spectacular line-up of activities for the WYD Regional Celebration. Marc Kielburger from Free the Children will be there, as well as Critical Mass and the winners of the Radio Maria 'Give me a Voice' Competition performing in an outdoor concert. Pentecost Retreat for Young Adults / Youth Ministers & Coordinators Being witnesses in our ministries and work This year we are contemplating the WYD theme: "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses." (Acts 1:8) How does being a witness of God's love relate to our ministries? With our studies? With work? Step away for a day with the OCY and our retreat director, Fr.
